One to one  hypnotherapy & coaching sessions available either face to face from my private therapy room in Thornbury, South Glos, BS35, or online via Zoom.

Fees

£80 per individual session 
(Block of 5 sessions – £375)
(Block of 10 sessions – £700)

Hypnotherapy
A combination of positive psychotherapy (talking therapy), and relaxing hypnosis towards a clients best hopes, In the first part of the session we look at what you want to achieve and the changes you would like. During the second part of your session you will be guided into hypnosis.

Coaching
Some of my clients prefer to use the time and space to talk with a professional, without hypnosis. My solution focused coaching sessions provide the opportunity to explore the challenges & opportunities you are facing to help you determine the right way forward for you. 

Sessions are approximately one hour;
First session gift ~ A relaxation audio to support reinforce changes we introduce in our sessions and to support your journey.

How many sessions? 
The number of sessions varies from one person to the next. Every client is unique and time for resolution varies. As a client led service I am guided by you and your progress.
