Initial Consultation — £125
A relaxed and informative first session where we explore what’s been happening for you, your best hopes for the future, and how your mind works.
This session is designed to help you feel understood, informed, and hopeful about moving forward.
Follow-up Sessions — £95
Each session combines solution-focused conversation with relaxing hypnosis to support steady, meaningful progress.
6 Session Programme — £550
Most clients begin with an initial consultation followed by a course of sessions to create meaningful lasting change.
